Most open positions are posted on the HRDC website and include academic training and experience in Food Microbiology, Food Chemistry (including Diary, Cereal, Sugar, Protein, Lipids, Poultry, Seafood, Spices ), Food Biochemistry (including Meat and Sea foods), Natural Health Foods, Food Supplements, Neutraceuticals, Natural Skin Products (including use in tanning & Spar), Organic Chemistry, Organic Agriculture, Pesticide Chemistry, Food Quality Assurance, Food Safety Standards, Food Safety Audits, Food Safety Laws and Regulations, Food Safety Risk Management, Food Biotechnology, Food Infectious Diseases, Epidemiology of Food Safety, Gastroenterology, Food Allergies, Clinical Nutrition, and related areas.
