CFSI Organic Food Safety Specialist Courses & Programs (Online)

CFSI can assist organic food processors in a) assessing the level of
permitted substances in organic foods b) assessing whether a new organic productis certifiable or not, and c) providing information guides on the requirementsof the new organic standards.

Some of our interactives and online training supports include online courses
or programs, and we. We will provide scheduled online training courses for
organic and food processors interested in training the company, business owners
and their employees. Our organic certification competency training programs
are unique in that they are based solely on the new Canadian organic
regulations and standards.

Organic food safety personnel work both indoors and outdoors, and as you
can see, in all aspects of food production,from the farm through to the processing and the packaging of food.
They work to analyze agricultural, productionand packaging processes to ascertain whether they follow correct organic procedures, and advise growers,
producers, packagers, and other professionals of requirements for, and maintenance of, organic certification.

We provide online  studies that feature case studies, real world situations and
extensive theoretical work. Participantsstudy from modules with lessons, linked examples, questions and problems.
