Fee Payment Terms and Payment Options
Option 1
You pay as you take and complete each course by Certified Cheque, Bank Transfers (Money Wire) or Credit Card using Paypal.com
Please note that the required 200 hours Competency Assessment (or Placement) and Graduation Certificate costs are not included in the program fees. These fees may be assessed during your tuition
Option 2
In this instance, you will be billed on a biweekly/ or monthly basis until your fees are paid. Please note that the required 200 hours Competency Assessment (or Placement) and Graduation Certificate fees are not included in the fee. These fees are automatically posted to the payment method on file.
Withdrawals and Refund
All registered students or professionals have 1 week (seven day) to withdraw from a course or program, except in circumstances beyond the student’s control. All request for withdrawal are considered on a case-by-case basis and based on the circumstances, otherwise, there is no refund after 10 days. Request for withdrawal and refund must be in writing.
A 25% Service Fee is applied to the refund amount since an instructor is assigned to the students as soon as registration is completed.
Transfers and Cancellations
You may transfer or change your program or course. An administration of 25% of the registration fee may be charged. A written or email request is accepted as an official request for transfer or cancellation
